Dear Dr. Anderson, We want to thank you so very much for the care you gave to our son. We appreciate that you came in on your day off and your daughter's birthday to help us. It was especially your willingness to come right in that really impressed us. Many would consider this a part of the job, but the way you handled it puts you above and beyond the rest.
